I will not use this program again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This year's filing experience was disappointing Software hung up many times. No support existed. Forums provided some insight. Asked for refund and was initially granted and then denied. Then, it was suggested to upgraded the software and while the initial issue passed, the user experience was horrible. It took several minutes between screens (investment entries) and software was extremely slow in this area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has good professionals with experience Having this talented lovely kind and patience professionals help me to feel confident that I can do it by my self in Spanish or English and they were very knowledge in computer and in all tax topics, I love the experience, next time I will be more organize with all paperwork, thank you to all them who help me to feel that I can do it with my 63 years old and no computer skills, English limitation, low speed, short sighed
