Rated 3 out of 5 by from Somewhat convenient Still haven't fixed the IRS Identity Protection Personal Identification number problem so your return is initially rejected and it takes more time to get your refund. There are glitches, like if you lived in 2 states it doesn't work to enter the two tax zones even though it has a place for it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More complicated and expensive than before More expensive and complicated than before. For having to input my 401K I had to pay more money than I would have liked. The fields and new forms were obnoxious and time consuming. Took me almost three times longer than last year to complete and still had to pay for premium. Would have rather been told at the beginning to just click that and auto fill more info.
