Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT PRODUCT! GREAT COMPANY Love the service. I don't use expert help, but I had a great customer service experience , which increases my confidence in using your products. Customer service experience makes a big difference. Overall love the easy flow of using the site, and how even if you choose to do it yourself, there is information panels you can open to the side for more info and help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was frustrating this year. I've used Turbo tax for more than 10 years and this year was the worst. Asking me for a W-2 form when I am not employed, suggesting I have to fill out another form that basically has the same information as my 1099R. I went the help for a question that others had proposed and answers were not accurate. Saying that if the person's birthday was a certain date then it was not going to work. My birthday was older than what they required but the situation was the same as the person's who was not old enough. No answers. I had to start all over and finally everything worked out ok. Maybe I missed something the first time? I have used Turbo tax every year.
