Rated 2 out of 5 by from Annoying Issues I think if I am paying over $100 to fill out my taxes I should be able to get some help when I need it and not have to pay another $100 when I have one question. I also do not understand how you can say filling is free but when doing self employed taxes it is not free at all. Its very expensive on top of already owing money to the IRS once finished. I also filled out everything how you asked and was still getting stupid issues that have never happened to me in the past. I am very frustrated after finishing up this year because you charge way to much after advertising as free!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Makes Filing Less Intimidating!!! I love that Turbo Tax had all of my information from last years filing. Turbo Tax also somehow had my W2 from this year already in the system! All I really had to do is review information and enter in a little bit of information. Even though it's all online, I felt like there was a nice helpful tax specialist walking me through step by step. I will use Turbo Tax every year if it is always this easy! Thank you Turbo Tax.
