Eventually I discovered TurboTax and employed it until 2018. In 2019, I experienced problems and employed a tax professional. This year I have returned to TurboTax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax Very easy to use, but help was there exactly when i needed it, a live person not a robot. I was able to see her on her computer and we went through exactly what i needed and she made it super easy for me to understand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had Errors in Program. Took 2 Days to Complete This year was no fun. It took 5 TurboTax Reps & 6 TurboTax Live CPAs to get the return done. Of course, I had to pay extra for that help and lost 2 days of work. Not a happy camper.
