Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great except for stimulus I have always found turbotax to be easy and now it is even easier with a live agent to talk to. My guy was more than good, he was great. I could not stay on the phone with him the entire time to figure out my issue and the man called me back 3 times when he found the problem with my return. Really, 3 times. I do appreciate his candor and talent. I would have given you 5 stars, but unfortunately, I find it garbage I didn't get my stimulus until later than everyone else. Several weeks later as a matter of fact. When I called to ask turbotax about the delay, they blamed it on the feds, which as we found out wasn't the real reason. My family shouldn't have had to wait and Intuit should have owned up to their failures.
