Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of problems in filing with TurboTax this year I have had to refile my taxes 3 times so far. It seems the software is not ready or has lots of bugs...frustrating since I have years of using TurboTax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WHERE IS THE PAGE I NEED???!!! I can't find the page to input my banking info for a refund. I have looked all over. Printed the return so I could see what was there. Nothing but a bunch of XXXXXXXXX. Went to the community for help, there was none. It get more complicated each year to navigate with Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it for the Ease of use I was considering using CashApp Taxes as it was free compared to TurboTax which cost quite a bit of money. However, the ease of use with TurboTax, especially when handling slightly more complicated forms such as investments (1099-DIV), won me over. I simply connected my Robinhood and M1 Finance accounts and TurboTax did the rest. Highly recommend.
