Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax does not explain their charges well I was quoted one price at the beginning of starting tax return, at the end of return the price went up $40. Come to find out I was using "Live" unbeknownst to me. Their introduction at the beginning does not explain what I was using very well. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, probably no more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed in the system this year The system would not allow me to remove the premium service. Last year I had to use premium due to driving for Door Dash. My return was simple this year but yet Turbo Tax charged me for premium. The website says you can remove premium service but there was not a way to do so.

I logged in and thought I'd be spending hours working on things. I was smart, got all the files I needed and knocked it out in an hour or so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Easy to Use and ACCURATE Used another Tax Software product but it was not accurate. I almost had a heart attack!!! Switched to TurboTax and my blood pressure went down immediately!! Thank You TurboTax!!!
