Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charged me for stuff I didnt need I put my school's EIN but the form didnt accept it. I had to use the chat live agent to ask about it but it randomly works after they charge me $50 to speak to the agent, so i used the agent for no reason. I also got $0 in deductions for going to school but then it said i received something (which I didnt I double checked it and it said $0 twice) so it wanted me to upgrade to receive a staggering $0 in credit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Quick and Easy I have used Turbo Tax for years and like how it can pull information from prior years to make filing quicker and easier. I used the live tax expert this year as I sold a second home and needed assistance to make sure I filed correctly. You have the ability to share your screen so they can walk you through the process.

Unfortunately after 2.5 hours filing and 2.5 hours troubleshooting with multiple customer support agents, the turbotax deluxe product purchased at costco did not work on our computer. At this point we had already filed everything online vs the software that was supposed to be prompted at the beginning of the process, causing the issue. Ended up just buying the product online since we had already vested so much time into the process and wanted to finish it. I will be trying to return the product to costco but unsure if they will take it since its open and a unique item/service. I am hopeful this review will bring some light to the software prompt install issue I seemed to face, and ideally its a localized issue or else you'll surely receive more reviews like this. Appreciate if turbo tax can offer a discount for next year or even a credit to the card used for this years return. We have filed with turbotax for a few years in a row, but now I am not sure I will use the service again...
