Rated 3 out of 5 by from Extra charge I wasn't happy when it said I would pay $40 for deluxe and it charged me that twice one for federal and one for state. For a total of 80 it led me to believe I would pay one charge of 40 only. But the customer service representative that helped me during these returns was very helpful and I give him 5 stars

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Improve error checking process it would be so much better to have the error checking process give alerts while you're filling out the return. Like an error flag when the wrong state is selected for the zip code entered, the Box 12 codes imported from poorly from the W2 and wont work, etc. It's a huge pain in the butt to go back and fix compared to how simple it would be to have an alert before you move on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Want list upfront of when will charge for service I was excited because thought I was finally not going to pay but still had to upgrade and pay. Wish it would tell you at the beginning what you guys have to upgrade and charge for. Because I thought I didn't have to pay and I went back and cleared it and started over just to find out in the end I had to upgrade again this year and had to pay again.
