Rated 2 out of 5 by from Forced to pay to file state return I have used turbotax for several years and this year you are forced to e-file your state once you file federal. You are forced to pay the $25 + tax to file your state return. May not be using turbotax again...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from bad on 1099 MISC INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDANCE bad on 1099 MISC INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDANCE, wild goose chase on getting what was needed done. You have to clearer where you are leading folks. Then an extra charge comes up for Business expenses, IF yo have to go that route.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TOTALLY FRUSTRATING Doing the taxes was the easy part. All my questions were answered and the taxes were completed up to filing with no problems. When I tried to file and pay with my credit card the program directed me to the website to complete the transaction. After signing in and reviewing personal information the website page was too large for my screen and could not be resized for use. The page would not advance from personal information to the next page. I finally had to call to complete the transaction. Computer based programs should not require phone calls to complete a transaction. Please fix this ASAP!
