Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has problems! Last year I E-filed according to Turbo Tax. File was NOT RECEIVED. Luckily I had the records printed and could send to the IRS. This year the same thing! Neither the IRS nor the State has received my filing. Have spent more than one hour trying to re-file with NO SUCESS. Next year, no Turbo Tax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It gets the job done but so many bugs Every year I use turbotax, every year there are bugs. Most bugs get resolved by the time you finish the form but the intermediate calculation errors can cause a heart attack. Some bugs require you to delete all work and re-enter fresh as the calculations don't match the entered data. In one case, what I thought was a bug was a typo on my behalf. So being used to debugging turbotax helped me catch a real error. The stock entry is much improved over prior years, but still hours of entries for a fairly small number of trades.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes Done with Ease from TurboTax We have been using TurboTax for many years and love it, I mean, as much as you can love filing your taxes. Just gather all of your paperwork and file away. Usually takes an hour or less, depending on the year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glitches & Audit Defense problems billing E-filing Issues with filing that once paying for audit defense refused to e-file the next day; unless I paid for Audit Defense again!!! This issue has been for 2 years from what I see in the help forum. I went back and refused to accept Audit Defense, that I always like, so I could get through the prompts to e-file my tax forms. You guys have some glitches and issues with this and in some of the 2020 tubotax software....Almost ok but not really....I do have a paid account and 2020 Audit Defense receipt from yesterday..... but issues for many people.Not very Happy!:-{

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for free is misleading!!!! I don’t like the fact that since I have lost pretty much all deductions because of tax law that I still have to pay for delux when it should be free. You use the excuse well your return is taxable you have to purchase the deluxe version. I am paying for the federal return and I have to pay the federal government this year. I am not even getting a refund.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax Turbo Tax is easy to follow, the only issue I had is the 1095 form. I have a B and C, but no A, I could not file until I entered an amount into 1095 a , so I took the info from 1095 C. I tried to contact someone and no luck. Hope I did it right...
