Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Free turbo tax doesn't work like it did prior When I got to filing they told me I had to upgrade from Basic to Live Deluxe. Nothing has changed for me and I filed free last year. I talked to someone at Turbo Tax and spent 2 hours on the phone. I was advised I had to upgrade because of schedule B. When I paid and finished my filing there was no Schedule B needed. The exact same forms were filed as last year accept at 1040SR instead of 1040 because we are now seniors. I will look for other free tax preparation tool next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is awesome been using them for years!! I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years with no problems. Their software is easy to understand and follow and if you do have a problem, they are right there to assist you. You can't go wrong with Turbo Tax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax filing 2023 i found it difficult at times especially in the area of sale of stocks ex 1099B and 1099 misc after a an online chat and calls 2 to be exact i got the info i needed i guess i found the 2021 turbo tax easier than this year but it did the trick and i will still use it in the future
