Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has some glitches My taxes kept being rejected due to AGI that was correct on my part. A representative that it's a glitch in the software sometimes. This needs to be fixed because I paid for the software with the option to E-file. Not happy at all

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Service I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. My only grip is that you are not allowed to down grade your product choice, after the fact. Now I know that would be stupid, but if you did not use any of the products advantages during the tax process, then you should be able to downgrade. I mean if you get Live Deluxe and use none of the Live benefits, you should be able to downgrade to just Deluxe. Other than that, TurboTax is awesome!
