I had issues with some inputs and it added a dependent on its own. 98% of the process is great by 2% is confusing. it should be 100% accurate because it is dealing with sensitive info

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This year was NOT great Normally I whip right through our taxes with Turbo Tax, but this year our situation changed quite a bit. We no longer had self employment income, or a rental property. The software kept me going in a circle to try and eliminate those sections of my tax return. The software also didn't stream line changing from the self employed version to a deluxe version; the latter was the cheaper option so of course they make that hard to find. After this year, I am going to look at other software options. I am comfortable with our taxes and will likely try another option next year.
