Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax I use to pay hundreds at HR Block to do my taxes, not anymore. I’ve use Turbo tax for the last three years and I’m never disappointed. Anyone can do it. I’ll be back next year

TurboTax should be proud to have an exceptional individual like Patrick who takes great care and excellent service in helping people resolve their tax problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from all agents really try hard to answer all your ques spoke with four different experts who did their best.The main problem was schedule E federal. The instructions are very bad and extremely hard to edit when needed

This year it was glitchy and the wait times for the help available through Turbo Tax Deluxe Live was less than satisfactory (10 - 20 minutes) I had to call upon help at least 3 times (once with a tax specialist and twice with product support specialists). I had to clear both my federal and state returns very close to the end and start over. I spent a whole Saturday afternoon and evening on what is a relatively simple tax return.
