The filing process is great and easy with importing tax docs and everything, but the issues I have are with the fees and other services TurboTax pushes on us. I don't want to sign up for Credit Karma - I just want to track my refund. We were able to do this before 2021 without having to sign up for Credit Karma. Also, a $39 processing fee for selecting to have the TurboxTax fees deducted from my return is absolutely ridiculous considering I'm already paying you to file federal and state and my refund is a direct deposit - not through your services. Every year TurboTax throws in some hidden fee.
