Rated 1 out of 5 by from EASY, BUT STILL NO RETURNS It was quick and easy made lots of sense, but here it is a year later and still no return. Now for 2020 taxes its being rejecting stating something is incorrect. HOW IS IT INCORRECT YOU DID IT

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Interesting My experience is usually a smooth and easy process, this year turbo tax forced me to create a new account with them. Although, I have been using them for 5+ years. This made the process more time consuming than needed be by having to search through my own documents for old tax returns and such when in previous years this info was prefilled for me with the filing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Awesome! It's great until you agree to a payment, go back and the option is gone and accepted already without finalizing everything. Oh, and getting confused when the employer on the W2 changes their address it just adds a new w2 that makes things complicated
