Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Filer I have been using Turbo Tax for the past decade. I have switched platforms to save five dollars. Having old data on the same account is worth not switching. I just do not like it when I am always trying to be upsold. Do see improvement in guidance on where and how to file. ease of use and trying and guidance is very important. Please keep improving the help and user interface.

She quickly addressed my concerns and helped me resolve the issue. I wish that we had spoken sooner, it would have saved me a lot of needless worry. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cumbersome, repetitive, and cannot do crypto We are so disappointed that you make NO INDICATION that the ONLY way you can do crypto transactions is via your over-priced online software. We felt like we were answering the same questions over and over. Really, you should evaluate the customer journey and make this more sensible. A better map of what path you are on would be really helpful.
