Rated 5 out of 5 by from I use TurboTax every year My returns are simple. TurboTax is great. I feel like it makes doing taxes on your own a breeze. If I ever need taxes done that are more complicated, I will call my grandmother. She does taxes for a place like JH or H&R, but she would gladly use TurboTax for my return, even for more complicated returns.

I used the chat to answer one of my questions. she was able to look at the screen and guide me through the steps. It was the best way to file taxes for free. Great program. I would highly recommend using turbotax
