Rated 3 out of 5 by from SEEMS TO BE HARDER AND HARDER TO USE I did interact with Maxine, Bria, Sherry and Denise through the process of which they were all very helpful and very professional. I don't know whether to blame Turbo Tax for some of the questions that are difficult to answer or our Federal and State governments that keep saying they are going to make it easier but continue to make it more difficult.
