Rated 1 out of 5 by from Website bugs and overcharging I wasn't able to type a single thing in on the website, I had to type on an app off screen for literally everything from start to finish and then copy it into the forms online. On top of that, I have never been charged a penny in the past for using the simple tax returns and now I got charged $200+ to be told my return didn't even require the services paid for. I am highly unlikely to use this service again after this.
