Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of time Waste of time. Had an assistant call me, but that accomplished nothing other than him saying all my forms were there. He forwarded my call to a preparer, but the call disconnected before I spoke to the preparer; I suspect a shift change as my assigned preparer shown in the portal changed. Had to schedule a call for the next day. That call was 2 hours and 10 minutes of me just waiting in silence while the preparer reviewed the documents I had provided. It should have been a 15 minute phone call if the documents were reviewed in advance and I just answered questions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfying experience I've used turbo tax for years and never had a problem until recent. I did not have an option to file a free return and on top of that once I put my card information in it automatically charged me before I even submitted my return. I will be using a different tax service from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for the Average American Me Like most Americans like to get my stuff done with the least amount of time consumption, wether it be juggling with my kids, work or keeping up with GoT; or all of them. TurboTax does it right making Filing your taxes as easy as 1,2,3 click. That’s it. Your done and now you can go back to dragon slaying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EASY AND FAST needed help with my taxes and i got hep immediately easy, fast and super easy and you can get live representative to help you when you need it also is easy to undertand what you are doing and honestly I saved a lot of money doing my own taxes and if you need help you can easy get someone to work with you. EXCELLENT have been using turbo tax for the past 8 years
