Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again Software would not let me file because it says the zip code of one of my financial institutions is wrong (which i verified it was correct by mail, google, and phone call) then would not let me e-file. Waited 30 minutes for customer service to call, customer service could not screen share or connect, also couldn't fix problem, I had to back out, change payment method and switch to mailing in my returns which means they will be late now. I had the same issue last year and send a message about, but no resolve. I am never using this service again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the bomb I have always had a positive experience using Turbo Tax. Even several years ago when I first moved here and sold property from the state we moved from. We had to foreclose on that property. they had left it in really bad shape, I had to put a lot into repairs in order to resell. Turbo tax was wonderful getting my taxes filed Right.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo is an excellent value for the money! Been using Turbo for the past five years. My daughter recommended it, because other preparers are so expensive. Always had good results! Only complaint is that this year it had me reviewing the same info at least 5-6 times. Not sure why.
