Rated 1 out of 5 by from Year after year of utter frustration Every year I use Turbo Tax, and every year I get to the end an am not allowed to pay for turbo tax because of some glitch where my addresses don’t match. Last year I gave up trying to figure it out and had to switch products entirely. Should have started somewhere that wasn’t turbo tax this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Misleading state filing costs Main program was easy to use. However.... I've been shown 3 different costs to file my state return. Costco site showed $18 add-on to file one state (before a $10credit) so it would have cost an extra $8. After purchasing Turbotax, one part of the program shows $25 add-on. When I clicked on that button, it changes the cost to $45 (before the Costco $10credit). Rather annoying to show three different costs and to cause the Costco credit to be wasted.
