Turbo Tax helps relieve the stress and are really good at explaining any of your tax queries in a way that is easy to understand! Any other tax website I have researched, I find, makes things so complicated and difficult, you feel forced to hire someone to do the work for you. Turbo tax help you to understand and assist with the filing so life is easy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax CD is not easy to use I was not able to use the download option because the program kept telling me that the account was with someone else. I also called your help desk, which was not able to assist me. it was very frustrating and may lead me to stop purchasing any turbotax products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a Crooked Business They duped me into believing if I paid for their "Deluxe" it would be capable of moving State returns to pay for Federal Taxes. Now I am out an extra $120 for a service that does nothing. If I knew this was the case I would have just filed them manually with the IRS! I am extremely disappointed and will never use this service again!!!!

TurboTax really makes things super easy and alerts you if you do anything that seems suspicious or potentially incorrect. For somebody who does not understand government wording at all, this website really makes things a very stress-free experience.
