Rated 3 out of 5 by from So expensive for very little My taxes are very basic and straight forward. I don't understand why they charge sooooo much to file state and federal taxes. I don't understand why its so expensive to just do the basic option. They also don't warn you upfront that the price listed doesn't include state taxes. I will be looking for a cheaper option next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes Taxes Easy TurboTax simplifies the tax filing process. Asking questions that any tax professional would ask. The site is simple and intuitive. The help functions are invaluable explaining terms that I was not familiar with. The cost is significantly less that having to pay someone to do my taxes for me. It is also very convenient since I can do it at home and on my timeline, saving what I have done and being able to pick back up where I left off if needed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issue using software in dark mode Technical issue with software when using browsers in dark mode. Check boxes all appear checked and do now show unchecked when clicking on them. Had to change back to normal mode to be able to see if check boxes were checked or not
