Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax easy to understand I was hesitant to do my taxes with Turbo Tax this year but after clicking the search bar for something I needed to add to my taxes it was easy to understand and complete.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Much more difficult than any other year! I didn't even notice that I was being charged an astronomical amount of money just to file my own taxes until the end! Thankfully the chat representative gave me a little discount however it still was MUCH more expensive than any other year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good job on the new format. I have used Turbo Tax for around 20 years. Unfortunately the Intuit account doesn't account for my complete history. For some reason the I had considerable difficulty with the 2022 download. I do have a brand new Windows 11 laptop which I also have had considerable problems in loading my files and folders. This could be a shared problem. I was taken off guard in the charges this year. I'm thinking that the charge for $119 was related to having to upgrade to Premium due to investments. There was no mention if this was in addition to my normal annual automatic renewal of Deluxe. Also in the past, if I remember correctly, one state return was included with the federal return. We did pay a fee for something for the state. Bottom line is that prior communication as well as at completion of our returns; the explanation of charges and payment methodology was terrible for 2022. Please be aware that my 5 Star rating is reflective of the PRODUCT only. I have confidence that Intuit and Turbo Tax will "fine tune" both the product and support over time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from a frustrating experience i dread annually well you see, i feel like -UPGRADE TO REVIEW PREMIUM TO VIEW REVIEW!- and sometimes it defaults to options like the creditkarma card and you have to click around to get where you want to go. It really - ARE YOU SURE YOU DONT WANT TO UPGRADE TO RECIEVE LIVE REVIEWS?- and I sometimes it feels like Intuit is only inter- WE CAN REVIEW YOU EVEN HARDER FOR $499!-
