Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2022 Review I reached out to a representative from TurboTax to downgrade my product for 2022 and they weren't helpful. I had to wait a long time for their system to load; which is understandable and not the worst part. After explaining what I needed help with, they didn't directly answer my questions; instead they answered by stating something different. Then they offered to send me a code via email to solve my issue and when I used it the code it didn't even change anything to my account; it just proceeded exactly how it was originally set up.

This year I noticed that you cannot right-click and add supporting details and/or mark as estimated in many fields. It appears that there are many groups, each working on their own part, but not communicating or adhering to a consistent user interface/experience. Also, read the forums for issues and resolve - i.e., listen to your users while you still have them.
