Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pushes Credit Karma way too much!!! The program itself is easy to use.. asks you all the important questions to figure out how to complete your taxes. When you are all done though and want to submit your taxes... then it gets complicated to just complete them without adding Credit Karma products with every step. I miss just being able to buy the program and file your taxes!!! It took me double the time it should have due to all the add-ons at the end. Plus.. we had to pay a fee to use a credit card when we submitted our taxes. I'll be shopping around for tax software next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from First year I've been disappointed 1) I could not download tax form from standard financial institutions. 2) What possibly is the reason I need to log into my account online in order to use TurboTax on my computer? It's unconscionable that Intuit is capturing my tax filing information. I purposely do not use the online solution to avoid this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Questions are too confusing. The process itself is super easy and self-explanatory but the questions are super confusing. In particular, the question regarding Obama Care Health Insurance. It may be useful for the user to also insert what you're "not" referring to. In the example of Health Insurance, include verbiage like "this is not referring to private employer insurance". Basically, dumb down the questions and not making them confusing. You're helping us file taxes and should be on our side, not writing new laws/props.
