Rated 3 out of 5 by from Continues to leave frustrating things unfixed. It does 85% of things great but the last 15% will drive you crazy. They are particularly and extraordinarily really bad with K-1. And the K-3 they are worthless. What's particularly frustrating is there are Solutions often available in the TurboTax user questions if you know how to ask your question. But they never incorporate the solutions into the next version. Even if they don't want to put it in specifically they could have a link to say something like: here's what other people have done not necessarily endorsing it but giving you access to. They also make Trivial but Annoying mistakes and entering K1 data. For example they don't enter the address properly in the forms. They put it all on the address line and then you have to manually go in and re-enter it into the city state and zip code areas. When you try to check out you have to enter your banking information multiple times. I can understand once to verify it but they ask it again on your state tax. On the other hand what's your alternative except a private tax preparer?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Want 5 stars - let me install TT on Win 7 I've been in IT for 44 years. IT security for more than 20 of that. I understand the risk I'm taking using a computer attached to the internet regardless of operating system. When you tell people that Win 7 isn't safe because it isn't being supported and force people to use Win 10 because it is safer are you really wanting to take the responsibility for forcing people onto Win 10? I understand that there is a risk using either. If there are security problems that are only in Win 10 or 11, I'm more secure using Win 7 right? Please go back to what you did in the TT 2020 install. Tell me Win 7 isn't supported. Tell me that you recommend I stitch to Win 10 or 11. Make me click the button that says I'm taking responsibility. Ask me if I'm sure. Ask me if I'm sure sure. Heck, ask me if I'm sure sure sure. But please let me run TT on Win 7 if I want to and if I'm willing to accept the responsibility. I'm guessing if I read through the user agreement, I take full responsibility even if I upgrade to Win 10/11. Right?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saves a lot of time and money The software is fairly easy to work with. But if you need help their "experts" are real live people easily accessed by phone. Those "experts" are kind, knowledgeable and very patient.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great expert, very knowledgable, friendly, helpful The thing that pushed the overall rating from 3 stars to 4 stars the amazing expert Sharon, who was there to do my taxes, help out with any questions or concerns, and was extremely knowledgable, kind, patient, and helpful. The over all experience would have easily been 5 stars, but I was left on hold for 3 hours and finally hung up, only to call back and get connected with someone very quickly who ended up helping me for the rest of the way. The computer system customer interface experience was horrible and probably contributied to my 3 hour hold. but as soon as I got on the phone with Sharon, she cleared things up and helped me every step of the way
