Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good program but some issues I've been using TurboTax for a couple of decades and still like it. It saves time, is helpful, and fairly easy to use. One issue I had this time was with the Tax Audit extra charge. The last part of the program, i.e. filing section, was a bit confusing with regard to Tax Audit, how to pay, and eFiling. I looked all over, called, and researched website but still couldn't find answers regarding how to handle extra forms such as 1099Rs when filing by email. Ended up filing by mail as I have always done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurbooTax is Amazing! I have used TurboTax FREE addition for 3 years running now. It takes me about 30 minutes to an hour and I'm done for the entire year. They keep me updated about my refund, when I'm getting it, and my status with my Taxes. It's like having a professional do it for you from the comfort of your home. I love it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is frustrating reloading and asking for the number key each time I turn it on is not necessary. Page does not completely fit my computer screen and I have to scroll down on every screen to continue, etc. I experienced some rechecks of data entered that seemed very irellevant to my return. At the end of the return instead of the 0ne free state efile, the program wanted me to pay $25.00 forcing me to print and mail my state return and efiling my federal.
