Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was able to file my tax return I was able to follow the steps and read up additional information where it was available, which was just about on every item that you had to fill out. I did have a problem with one of my 1099R forms as it was not able to finish, even though I scanned the document. It turns out that the payer address state was missing (although it was on the scanned form). I wished it stated that the state was missing as an error message. I spent 20 minutes figuring out what was wrong.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked in a pinch Last minute filing, been putting it off so I can work work done. Finally went oh man, I NEED to get this done like now. Was able to navigate through the screens pretty quick and felt for my needs was sufficient. Longest part was only myself having to go back and re-enter the right info for a second W2 and getting my last year W2 from IRS site ( had to sign up and all that jazz, super quick if you already had an account there ). So yeah, nothing bad to say about my experience. Did the job and did it from my house at 4AM in the morning. Nice.

I had to go to the setup file on the CD to activate the installation. Although the program said it was up to date, there were forms (relating to SS) that were missing.
