Intuit forces you to buy their Business product instead of having it grouped with the individual return(you must transfer data over from Trust to individual via a K1 and since it is a different package you must enter items manually. Also, you can not import data from a Brokerage house so I had to enter all of the info by hand. Unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe good for Business owners but not Trust owners. So disappointed. I will consider doing it by hand in the future.

If you have a simple tax return, you can file for free with TurboTax Free Edition or TurboTax Live Assisted Basic. You can also file with TurboTax Live Full Service Basic at the listed price.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
