Rated 1 out of 5 by from Automatically charge me? Said no to upgrading to max and apparently that means automatically charge my card on file the $113 total with deluxe. Nowhere did it ask me for my confirmation to charge my card on file. I should be able to get a run down on what I'm paying for before I'm actually charged. Support is no help whatsoever and constantly interrupted me. I had to repeat what happened about 5 times and each times I was interrupted halfway through my explanation with a way to fix a problem that wasn't even the problem. No idea if the website glitched and put through my payment, but nonetheless support sucks and I was charged $113 without me even agreeing to it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT Turbo - slow motion double question tax prep software keeps asking for answers, finally found out from help on phone that you can just skip and it will be ok - she laughed when I said the IT department needs to re-do things. slow software with annoying swirly while you wait for it to get to the next question. after getting info online from banks, system still needed review and more info.
