Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive Cost me about a third of my refund, expensive... and had a consent form being pushed on relating to my tax information being accessible to third parties. Did not appreciate my information privacy being handed over like that just so I can use Turbo tax services.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is confusing Instructions and "guidance" leaves a lot to be desired. Plus, I've used TurboTax for many years, yet my return from last year wasn't to be found on my computer! I ended up being unable to transfer my old data to my new return and had to go through each and every step piece by piece in order to prepare and file my state and federal returns! Not worth the $$ if you ask me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax rips off low-income seniors I responded to an ad for $29 for Deluxe Federal ($30 off listed price). After at least an hour on the phone, your agent offered me no more than 30% off. Turbotax is guilty of misleading advertising and ripping off low-income customers, and does not honor its own ads. I have been with TurboTax for 10 years, but this year may be my LAST.
