Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax specialist helped me file electronically I thought I had finished my taxes with TurboTax and then all of a sudden was faced with a problem that needed to be fixed. After speaking to two different specialists the problem was fixed and I was able to e-file.

Both are great at making it easy but the Online version sucks you down to where you can only change/ modify versions by wiping out all you input. The time tracker on Online version made me feel dumb because it took me 3 hrs to do and the tracker started off with 90% git er done in 30 min.

Their live experts had a quick call back time and were incredibly helpful, all while being patient and kind.
