TURBO TAX IS AN AWESOME PROGRAMI have filed my taxes using Turbo Tax ever since it was first introduced. It has never failed me. Easy to use. Let them guide you and ask all the right questions to make sure you put in all that you are entitled to.

User Friendly & ReliableI have been using Turbo Tax for filing my returns for almost 30 years. It is very user friendly and reliable. I import my tax returns from previous year which saves me from reentering personal info again. I take standard deduction but have some stock investment that TT imports all relevant data ie dividends, gain and loss, etc from the brokerage site and takes care of most of the required information.

Fairly easy to use.Chat is ok, but I prefer to talk to human being. Didn’t like the “dancing” arrow when chatting. Too cumbersome.
