Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time was a Charm I found Turbo Tax to be moderately easy. This was my first time I used Turbo Tax so for others more familiar doing taxes it should be a breeze. I had to call an expert 3 times for help. Each time I spoke with a friendly and extremely competent expert. I can't wait until next year. Just kidding. I expect next year will be easier and will only have to make 1 call to an expert. I will definitely recommend Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Full Service is opaque and clunky I used the Full Service option. I HATED it. I thought the expert would share his screen and I could watch him do the returns live. Instead, he does it on his own and only gives a summary at the end. You have to pay before you can see the forms. It was hard discussing numbers and not being able to see what he was looking at. I was told it is this way because you can leave the full service option at any time before checkout. I would rather pay upfront and have more access during the process. Also, I don't believe this system is clearly explained upfront. And when you go back into the site after your return is complete to just look at/download your forms, you can't go right to them. You have to act like you are checking out again and the button to see the forms doesn't stand out. The interface is very awkward. I will not use the Full Service again.

I have been really impressed with TurboTax, especially since they've allowed you to use a web interface instead of having to download or load onto your computer. They make the entire process easy and stress free, walking you through it one step at a time.
