Rated 3 out of 5 by from Basics v.s "professional help" Turbo tax is an amazing tool but i do noot reccomend having live help. the person i had seemed to be following an agenda of not giing any legit help or answers and was very rude and asking me to read better and again and i had to tell him to stop and eithe rdo his job or i will end it , the ONLY response he gave was telling me i am doing it wrong and didnt read good enough and that would without fail lead to him telling me to press the button " do my taxes for me" which was a more expensive option that allowed themm to have complete control over your screen, he would circle the button as i spoke/ scrolled or when i asked a single question "where would that show up at on my w-2?"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love TurboTax!! This is the second year I've used TurboTax and it is so easy! The way it goes through the return by asking you questions gives me confidence that I won't leave anything out or miss anything. So much easier than reading the instruction booklet :-). I also love how it brings forward your last years information so you don't have to retype so much. I will continue to use TurboTax every year without hesitation!!
