Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS TRASH Wish I could give ZERO stars. The rates to file are ridiculously expensive now. On top of the fact that a company that finds tax breaks, didn't find anything. So, what am I paying so much to file for? I am single, with no dependents, one employer, no states tax, no variables whatsoever... yeah....$75 seems fair. My tax refund was $2 after paying your fees. Thanks, after so many years of using your service, I will be sure to tell everyone to go to a competitor next year. That is what I will be doing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax only slows down how long it takes to file Turbotax is tedious, does not help with prior year returns, and is cumbersome and not worth the money. For a basic return, I could have saved hours by using an old fashioned paper return. It has gotten worse each year. BTW, the "hekp" screens are of no help, You cannot reach a person who knows anything about taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great But Don't Forget Your Password I have used TurboTax for several years. I find it to be very easy but if you forget your password and also change phone numbers it is very difficult to get into your account.
