Rated 2 out of 5 by from Review Turbo Tax Basic for 2022 Taxes I have never had TurboTax crash during the middle of my completing the forms! It happened twice with this version. What on earth has happened to the QC of TurboTax. Your emphasis on having a job for a RETIRED person needs to be changed. If you are told that we are retired (and then we tell you that we do not have any employment), don't keep asking about our employment! This is my worse experience EVER with TurboTax. Just trying to get my file to open was a challenge--I had to download the program every time I wanted to open my personal file. Frustration was over the top! Inexcusable for a known program. Please, correct these issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax was great- they took care of everything! TurboTax was such a fast and easy process. I was done with my taxes in under 1.5 hours! I ran into a few issues while filing but their customer service was able to quickly assign me to a tax expert who was able to fix it AND save me more money I didn't even know to find.
