Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am totally disappointed. I got charged for Deluxe also. I only wanted the standard version. I called and spoke to A VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL MAN who actually hung up on me. Taxes prepared 3/18/23. Called a few days later. I will use your company.

There were a few fees that were sprung upon me near the end of it which is why I rated it 4 stars but it was taken out of my refund which is a great way of doing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is AWESOME! Turbo Tax agents helped me through a very difficult state tax form and kept digging to make sure the state law allowed the deductions I selected. I spoke to 3 live agents over 2 nights as I completed the Fed and State forms! Could not have done it without your professional services1
