Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Turbo Tax experience My initial dealings with Turbo Tax started out really bad. I WAS NOT instructed that I had to take "photos" of my documents and add them to my turbo tax file. I also WAS NOT instructed on how to do this. I finally got this done with the help of my daughter who is tech savvy and knew how to do this. She is also 28 years younger than me. I started working with a person from Turbo Tax and could not get this done. Once these documents were added to my file I was able to get the "process" done filling out my taxes and filing them. I never once consulted with a Turbo Tax person after that.
