Rated 5 out of 5 by from 100% Satisfaction Everytime! I have been using TurboTax for the last eight years. Due to circumstances, sometimes the cost is free, sometimes it was a reduced price and sometimes it is full price but EVERYTIME I love it! No matter if I use standard deductions or itemize my deductions, use the premium version(s) or not, I always feel confident in my ability to sucessfully do my taxes "on my own" since you really are not on your own. Any and every question you may have along the way can easily be answered, not just by using the search built into TurboTax but even more conveniently by having FAQ hyperlinks with potential questions you may have right there for you. I feel, if anything, using TurboTax is actually more thorough than using a human preparer because it prompts you with questions you may want to ask but when sitting in front of them you either don't think to ask or forget to ask. Plus it saves me time by self populating information I filled in the year prior. You have options, whether you want to scan, download or manually input information into their system...I could go on and on and I do with anyone that will listen. So many people believe they can't possibly do their own taxes but with TurboTax, not only can you, you will save money and feel great that you could! Ultimately I could not be happier with my experience year after year with TurboTax and I will use their services FOREVER!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! It was so easy to do, I wish I would have done this years ago. I was always intimidated by doing my taxes and preferred having a CPA do them, but I'll never go back to a CPA again for my taxes! Thank you Turbo Tax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy One hour, start to finish. I did have a bit of trouble when an old email address was inserted at the very end. I had to go into my account and change the email address in order to finish. However, clear, fast, and easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very handy I have used Turbo Tax for many years and find it very easy to use. This year the only thing was we were close between the standard deduction and the itemized deductions. I couldn't clearly see the difference but the software picked the standard deduction.
