Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simplified my first filing as a senior citizen Just thought I would be filing the standard 1040 form (federal) but Turbo Tax picked up that I had reached the age of legitamitly being a senior and opted for the 1040 SR

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Easy to Use Was fairly straightforward. A little complicated, but they walk you through it. They save info from years prior so that made things easier. Been using TurboTax a long time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I find Turbo Tax difficult to use I actually hate using Turbo Tax. Its hard to find answers; its difficult to move around in and some of it just doesn't work correctly. I had to delete a rental property to get an unwanted safe harbor election out of my return despite electing in the software to not produce it. GRRR...BTW I am an experienced accountant. I can only imagine trying to use it without being fairly tax knowledgeable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy but Issues with State Overall easy and great software... Still doesn't include Louisiana Form 10606 with my return so I get flagged every year and I have to work with the state to explain why I don't owe more money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not what it used to be. I have religiously used Turbo Tax since about 1989. I would always pre-purchase the next year's version when I finished and filed my return. For the third year in a row, Turbo Tax couldn't find my previous year's return and I had to input everything again from scratch. I'm getting too old for this. I can't find a phone number to call or any way to speak with someone from Intuit. I've had it. I will be looking at other ways to file next tax season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DoorDasher I have HR Block for YEARS. This year I picked up a side gig: doordashing. Using the other company I could hardly find any help on side jobs. I tried TurboTax and all the information and questions were upfront. I am not an accountant but do have some odd topics that needed covered and I feel as if TurboTax asked all the questions I needed and put the topics front and center not hide deep down in some large software package.
