Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Halfway through my filing, I realized the download product didn't have ability to import crypto csv files while the online solution does which was disappointing and caused me to make the double effort of having to create a file with the online solution to validate if I had my numbers correct. Turbo tax should do a better job of calling out the differences and pointing people to the right solution BEFORE they make a purchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Getting too expensive! This is the last time I use TurboTax. While they make it easy, it gets more and more expensive to file every year, and you neve know how much you are going to pay until the very end! There are so many other good free alternatives.

I continually had to change my screen resolution in order to move forward with some portions of the process. I would recommend not downloading from the web and maybe try to file online instead.

This year, I would have had to upgrade to "Deluxe" in order to enter my qualifiable tax credit for debt payments AND upgrade to "Premium" in order to pay for my filing with Turbo Tax AND consent to third-party data exploitation in order to e-file. GOODBYE
