System made filing simple and easyI had used another major tax preparing website the past few years, however this year (2020) the site would not upload my documents and would not accept the name & address of my educational institution from the 1098T form. I entered it at least a half dozen times and finally said "Forget This." I was able to create an account and complete and file my taxes while still on hold with the original preparer. I'll be using Turbo Tax from now on.
