Rated 2 out of 5 by from If you want to spend too much $$$$... Turbo Tax is way too much money for how much time we needed to spend completing our taxes. And at the end, we couldn't even file in the state we needed to. We could have paid someone to do what TT did and saved ourselves the time and the headache. Even though it looks pretty, I would not recommend Turbo Tax as a good value for the price.

Constantly freezing up during the process and having to log in and out over and over and trying deleting cookies and trying other browsers but it kept freezing and not loading and spinning blue dots. After we got past the payment, banking info and license it took 2 hours to finally get it to file. Wasted 2 hours this morning just trying do the final filing. Prob won't use it again next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It gets me through a complex return and no CPA I have the normal return with several e and c forms. it is 90 percent easy. I have a few snags when I received a 1099 NEC, but I made it through. I felt it should have been included on one of my E forms, but I made it through.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive Im already paying to file my taxes with this software. If i have to pay for both state and federal i should NOT be charged for having my fees come out of my return. Thats insane. I used this software for conveniece but im going to an actual cpa next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Useful - but missing needed features Relatively easy to use. Missing needed fields for dealing with municipal bonds including bond premium, discount and accrued interest. This is a big omission for many Trust returns.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2022 Return Taxes are stressful for me, and I find all the adds to upgrade or other services is confusing for me. I am not sure if this is an action, I need to do for the taxes of just a way for you to add services that I may not need. Maybe you could just add a link to the top of the page that provide the add information there. Since you sent out e:mails throughtout the year, Why make them more effective by provide more tax information (ie. small sections to how to use the site, tax topics -RMD, Tax breaks, incomes ect.) also explain the adds and other services you offer and how to access them once the customer has logged on to the site.
