Rated 1 out of 5 by from Customer support is beyond terrible Laurice was really helpful in determining why my Utah form could not be validated. We figured out the issue. I found that people in Utah have been having this issue for at least two years on the intuit forums and it is still an issue. Before the issue was solved he transferred me to get more help. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade by the phone system. I said no and was kicked off the call immediately after 45 minutes of getting help even though they could see the bug in the software. I tried to use my case number to call back and the phone system just said look at our forums and it was impossible to get real help even though there is clearly a bug. After getting off the phone I went to the intuit forums and found the workaround that every single Utah user will have to do.
